Beyond the Knowledge: Why I Write
Life often tests us when we least expect it. Through my own season of rebuilding, I’ve realized that true security isn’t just about what you have; it’s about knowing where you stand. While many sites share legal knowledge, I am here to share something more.
Think of your home—the routines and rules keep it peaceful. Our society is the same. Laws are the threads that hold us together, preventing chaos. But knowledge alone isn’t enough. I have met many people who are intellectually brilliant but have very low emotional intelligence. To me, a “true human” needs a balance of both IQ and EQ.
- IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is your ability to understand the law, the sections, and the technical facts. It is what makes you “sound” in an argument.
- EQ (Emotional Intelligence) is your ability to understand people, empathy, and the human impact of those laws. It is what makes you a “true human.”
Without EQ, the law is just a cold weapon. With it, the law becomes a humane shield.
I will write about legal cases in my own way because I want you to understand them through this humanitarian lens. My goal is to make the law simpler and more logical. Nobody is coming to rescue us. It is up to us to stand strong, and you can only do that when you know the ground you are standing on.
