I GOT your back. Trust me this is very normal and you need not to worry about it. I myself have immense problem to overthinking things.
This affects me so much that I end up feeling low. I have a 2 years old baby and I stay at home and do a job. It is a beautiful phase yet it is overwhelming too.
If someone say something to me there has been days that I kept thinking about that and felt sad and low.
Career, family, relationships, health everything brings happiness but yes because of being too sensitive I invite habit of overthinking always.
It took me very long time to understand that I do not have any control over things related to overthinking as recognizing and managing was essential, and focusing on what I could manage helped.
I need to just do my causes and good work and let time decide what is right for me.
Similarly, if you feel you are thinking too much on some issue may be career, health, partner or something new you want to do or buy something, I suggest recognizing and managing these thoughts by leaving that matter for 1 or 2 days.
Let this cloud in your mind go away, which aids in overthinking management. One of the best ways to calm your mind might be to embrace these proven strategies.
Its better to decide with a clear mind ~~ like if we keep thinking something again and again we feel stuck and our decisions are not based on clarity.

Like on cloudy days we don’t see the sun and we don’t feel the warmth of the sun too but on sunny days we can see everything clearly and feel the warmth.
Similarly our mind is same, it requires that sunny time to finally decide for us. Take up any random activity to get distracted.
I was very afraid to start blogging I kept thinking so much because I had to invest my money which I earned by doing a job.
I was scared what if I fail and nobody ends up reading my blog. I tried to keep myself busy like by doing my regular chores. One day I was just speaking to my dad and he only said Why don’t you do something of yours? Something that has your name and your brain.
That was the time I decided that I will start blogging. Its okay this will be an experience in recognizing and managing my ambitions.
It’s essential to handle overthinking, and recognizing that helped me manage my fears.
It took me time to decide that but I had to stop myself to think about this topic for few days. Yes while you are reading you may think it is easy and buddy this is easy.

All you have to do is keep doing something that occupies you, which aids in overthinking: recognizing and managing, effectively.
I also feel people who are sensitive are overthinkers ~~ because they see and observe everything. We catch vibes of the people, we try to predict futures and we slightly lack confidence also.
But isn’t that great ?? If you have the ability to understand human nature just by looking at their face and body language or you like to plan things for your future or you make sure your decisions are based on wisdom and clarity then I think we are the awesome ๐
By considering ways to calm your mind, you are ahead in understanding how to stop unnecessary overthinking.
I would give you few tips which I follow daily to manage my habit of overthinking :-
- I try to leave matters for sometime/days to have clarity, recognizing and managing the overthinking aspect.
- I make sure I get up even if I don’t want to and do some activity.
- I will try to speak to a person who listens to me (if you don’t have any then ping me I will listen to you)
